Lead Yourself First – Because no one’s coming to do it for you.

1. How to Manage Your Brain (So It Doesn’t Manage You) and Win in Life

Themes:
● How your brain *actually* works: limited daily energy for focus, emotion, and decision-making
● When to invest your brainpower — and when not to
● How to stop wasting mental effort on low-impact tasks, people, and worries
● Setting realistic expectations for what you can *actually* handle in a day or week
● Planning your day/week like a limited resource budget (time × energy × clarity)
● How overstimulation, multitasking, and social media quietly destroy productivity and joy

Deliverables (Takeaways):
● A completed “Brain Budget” worksheet: high vs. low-return cognitive investments
● A 3-part weekly strategy: 1) plan, 2) protect, 3) recharge
● Clarity on what to *not* care about (mental decluttering = freedom)

2. The CEO Mindset: Self-Management for Grown-Up Students

● Tools for daily planning, emotional regulation, and accountability
● Owning your time, energy, and choices without waiting to “feel like it”
● Recognizing the “emotional tax” of procrastination and disorganization
● Understanding discipline as a tool for freedom, not restriction

Deliverables (Takeaways):

● Anxiety is not weakness — it’s data
● Differentiating anxiety, stress, and fear
